Rev. KiyimbaRev. Kiyimba is a gay rights activist who has taken a courageous stand against the violent oppression of LGBT individuals in Uganda. He will reflect upon the need to understand "and be grateful for" the differences in our humanity and societies, including the rich diversity of sexual orientations in our communities. Following the service, Rev. Kiyimba will lead a screening and discussion of the film "God Loves Uganda," the critically acclaimed and award-winning documentary that explores the role of American evangelical missionaries in the persecution of gay Africans.
