Landscape Committee Annual Plant Sale

The Landscape Committee is in need of inside and outside plant contributions! If you'd like to contribute, please begin separating indoor plants or potting outside plants that we can sell. Contributions will be collected the Saturday morning (May 10) prior to the sale on Sunday, May 11. More details to follow!

UUFN Annual Meeting

Rittenhouse Park Cleanup

Join our intrepid crew as we help to keep Rittenhouse Park free from litter.

Code Purple Celebration
Sunday, June 8, 2008 from 11:45am to 12:30pm
UUFN Code Purple volunteers who helped with Sanctuary Night, trained as a volunteer, made food and hygiene bags, contributed or pledged to Code Purple, the Newark Empowerment Center or the UUFN, you are invited to a Code Purple Celebration. Join us in Fahs Hall to celebrate the spirit of volunteerism and help use up our delicious Code Purple soup. You will also have the opportunity to make contributions to help the Newark Empowerment Center continue to serve the community in the coming year. Our goal is for us to raise $1,000 towards their $52,600 annual budget.

Summer Youth Service Trip
Thursday, June 19 through Sunday, June 29, 2008
Youth from the UUFN, together with Rev. Greg Chute and one other adult advisor, plan to travel to San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. They will work with the UU Fellowship of San Miguel de Allende on a small local housing project.
